What it does: Tells you how valuable it is to fight for a contested system.

Key factors: System quality (40%), expansion potential (25%), support coverage (20%), progress advantage (15%)

What it does: Tells you which ally systems to upgrade (EXP→FT or FT→SH) for maximum defensive benefit.

Key factors: Risk reduction (50%), system quality (25%), acquisition (15%), cost efficiency (10%)

Scale: 0-10, where 10 = critical upgrade

What it does: Tells you which enemy systems to undermine for maximum strategic impact.

Key factors: Acquisition denial (35%), risk (25%), UM difficulty (20%), quality (20%)
